Refund & Return Policy

At FurrPop, we want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Clearance or final sale items

Include your order number and the reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

Currently, we only offer refunds. If you would like a replacement, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
